What’s in the platform today

Each area works on the same client and matter records, so nothing is typed twice.

Clients and intake

One profile per person or company, from first enquiry to former client.

  • Individual, business and organization clients with status from prospective to former
  • Conflict search across clients, leads, matters and notes
  • Intake questionnaires you build yourself
  • Import clients and matters from Clio or Lawmatics exports, or any CSV

Matters

Each matter moves through phases you define for that type of work.

  • Your own matter types, each with its own phases
  • Matter templates that open a matter with its starter tasks already assigned
  • Tasks and a task board, team assignment, budgets and outcomes
  • Notes, with confidential notes limited to the author and reviewers

Documents

Draft, review, sign and share without leaving the matter.

  • Generate documents from your own Word templates, filled with client and matter details
  • Edit Word documents in the browser, with versions you can download or mark final
  • Review and approval steps, then e-signature through DocuSign
  • Uploads up to 50 MB, confidential flags, optional storage in your firm’s Google Shared Drive

Time and billing

Capture time as you work and turn it into invoices clients can pay online.

  • Running timer or manual entries, with rates by person and matter type
  • Invoices built from billable time, with totals checked on the server
  • Invoice emails with a payment link; card payments through LawPay
  • Recurring billing, overdue tracking and payment history

Calendar

Meetings, deadlines and court dates next to the matters they belong to.

  • Court events with courthouse details
  • Two-way sync with Google Calendar
  • Shown in each person’s own time zone

Client portal

Clients sign in to see their own matters, and nothing else.

  • Matters, shared documents and sent invoices (never drafts or internal notes)
  • Secure messages with the firm
  • Document requests and tasks clients can answer with uploads

Communications

Client messages and internal notes stay on the matter.

  • Secure messaging per matter, visible to the client in their portal
  • Your Gmail inbox, searchable inside the app
  • In-app and email notifications you choose

Dashboard and analytics

What needs you today, and how the firm is doing.

  • Personal agenda: today’s meetings, court dates, due tasks
  • Revenue, billable hours and outstanding invoices, each clickable to the records behind it
  • Lead and client analytics

Automations that do the follow-up

Pick what starts a workflow and what it does. Start from a ready-made workflow or build your own; each runs for real and records what happened.

When this happens

Clients and matters

  • A client is created
  • A matter is created, updated or changes status
  • A matter enters or leaves a phase

Work

  • A task is created or completed
  • A document is uploaded or signed
  • A deadline is approaching

Calendar

  • A meeting is scheduled, completed or cancelled
  • A court event is scheduled or completed

Money

  • An invoice is created, sent or overdue
  • A payment is received

Other

  • A form is submitted
  • On a schedule you set
  • When you run it by hand

Do this

  • Send an email
  • Send an in-app notification
  • Create a task
  • Create a calendar event
  • Assign the matter
  • Update a matter field
  • Generate a document from a template
  • Send a document for signature with DocuSign
  • Ask the client for documents through the portal
  • Log an activity
  • Call a webhook
Test before it goes live
A dry run previews every step. Sandbox mode runs it against a test client and matter that clean up after themselves.
Waits and retries
Steps can wait before they run. A step that fails is retried on the next cycle, every 15 minutes.
A record of every run
The execution log shows each step and, when one fails, why. A broken workflow is flagged without stopping the others.
