• Service availability and uptime are not guaranteed during testing phases

• AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified attorneys
• You maintain ultimate responsibility for client relationships and legal matters

Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IntuitiveLegal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IntuitiveLegal, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
